FAQs
How long will my order take to arrive?
As each item is made/printed to order, dispatch times can vary.
Please allow print orders to be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
If you have ordered anything else, such as a blanket or other accessory, please check the description of that item, where you will find the estimated timeline for that particular item. If you have ordered additional print(s) or stickers alongside one of these items, they will arrive within the same shipment as the item with the longest production time.
If you have special requirements or time constraints, please get in touch.
What is ‘print to order’?
Print to order is where the artwork is sent to print production after ordering, to reduce unnecessary waste. Due to this, please allow the time stated above for printing, handling and dispatch.
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, I don’t offer refunds on any prints or other goods bought on my website. If your goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact me to arrange a replacement.
