FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

As many items are made/printed to order, dispatch times can vary.

Please allow print orders to be dispatched within 2-5 working days.

For blankets, bags or ceramic items, please check their individual descriptions, where you will find the estimated timeline for that item.

If you have special requirements or time constraints, please get in touch!

What is ‘print to order’?

Print to order is where the artwork is sent to print production after ordering, to reduce unnecessary waste. Due to this, please allow the time stated above for printing, handling and dispatch.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

At this time, I don’t offer returns/refunds on prints or other goods purchased through my website. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me via email, and a replacement will be arranged.
